TAAG awarded in South AfricaTAAG Angola airlines wins best international airline award from Cape Town international airport. TAAG is delighted to announce that the airline has won a prestigious “Feather” award from the Cape Town International Airport and it’s owner, the Airports Company of South Africa, ACSA. The award recognizes the huge improvements in the airline’s performance over the
past year and was won against competition from carriers like Singapore Airlines and Turkish Airlines. Cape Town has become a steadily improving destination for TAAG, to the extent that for the next six weeks, over the peak season up to 15 January, daily flights are being operated between Luanda and Cape Town. The award also recognizes the tight management of the Cape Town airport operation by Mr. Rupert Greyling, who is well known to TAAG’s regular passengers and has provided, together with handling agent Menzies Aviation, a consistently high level of service over many years. Mr Yves Guibert, Chief Service Officer for TAAG, commented, “It is really great to win this award from ACSA and Cape Town is a good example for the rest of our teams. The on time Performance, customer service and organization of the station are consistently among the best in our network.” Comments are closed.
